1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, deliveries and services provided by VERON ORGANISATION LLC through MyVeron.com.
The website and all products offered are intended exclusively for business customers, healthcare professionals, clinics, physicians, licensed practitioners, aesthetic professionals and other commercial entities.
No sales are made to consumers.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting in the course of a business, trade or professional activity.
2. Contract Formation
The presentation of products on MyVeron.com does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase.
VERON ORGANISATION LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
A contract is formed only when the order has been confirmed or shipped.
3. Products
Product descriptions, specifications, images and marketing materials are provided for informational purposes only.
Manufacturers may update packaging, labels, documentation or specifications without prior notice.
Minor deviations shall not constitute a defect.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs, customs duties and other charges may be applied separately where applicable.
VERON ORGANISATION LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be received according to the payment method selected during checkout or as agreed in writing.
Orders may be withheld until payment has been received and verified.
The customer remains responsible for all bank fees, transfer charges and currency conversion costs.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
VERON ORGANISATION LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, regulatory inspections or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Inspection of Goods
Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.
Any shipping damage, shortages or delivery errors must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
8. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final.
Due to hygiene requirements, medical device regulations, product integrity requirements and the professional nature of our products, returns, exchanges and cancellations are generally not accepted.

9. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, quotation, invoice or sales agreement, devices include a standard manufacturer’s warranty of twelve (12) months.
Certain products may include an extended warranty period where explicitly stated.
Warranty coverage is subject to the terms of the applicable Warranty Policy.
10. Professional Use
Products sold by VERON ORGANISATION LLC are intended for professional use only.
The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws, regulations, licensing requirements and professional standards.
The customer assumes full responsibility for the proper use of all products purchased.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VERON ORGANISATION LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on MyVeron.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions and documents, remains the property of VERON ORGANISATION LLC or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws governing VERON ORGANISATION LLC, except where mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to VERON ORGANISATION LLC.
14. Changes to These Terms
VERON ORGANISATION LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version published on MyVeron.com at the time of purchase shall apply to the relevant order.
