WARRANTY POLICY

General Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the specific product page, all devices include a standard manufacturer’s warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery.

The exact warranty period applicable to a product shall be displayed on the relevant product page, quotation, invoice or sales agreement.

 

 

Extended Warranty

Certain laser systems and aesthetic devices may include an extended warranty period of up to 36 months.

Where a longer warranty applies, this will be clearly stated in writing on the product page, quotation, invoice or separate agreement.

 

 

Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults arising from normal professional use.

During the warranty period, VERON ORGANISATION LLC or the manufacturer may, at its discretion:

* Repair the product
* Replace defective components
* Replace the device
* Provide an equivalent solution

 

 

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

* Accidental damage
* Improper use
* Unauthorized repairs
* Cosmetic damage
* Consumable parts
* User negligence
* Damage caused during customer transport
* Failure to follow operating instructions

 

 

Warranty Procedure

Customers must report warranty claims in writing and provide:

* Order number
* Serial number (if applicable)
* Description of the issue
* Supporting photographs or videos

Further diagnostic information may be requested before warranty service is approved.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

Warranty claims are limited to repair or replacement of the affected product.

VERON ORGANISATION LLC shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
