RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

B2B Sales Only

All products sold through MyVeron.com are supplied exclusively to business customers, healthcare professionals, clinics, physicians, aesthetic practitioners and other commercial entities.

No sales are made to consumers.

No Right of Return

Due to the professional nature of our products, hygiene requirements, product integrity requirements, cold-chain requirements and medical device regulations, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations are generally not accepted once an order has been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers must inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Any damage, shortage or incorrect delivery must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Supporting photographs and documentation may be required.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused without prior authorization from VERON ORGANISATION LLC, all shipping, return shipping, customs, handling and administrative costs will be charged to the customer.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:

* Dermal fillers
* Skin boosters
* Mesotherapy products
* Injectable products
* Sterile products
* Consumables
* Opened products
* Products requiring temperature-controlled transport
* Products with broken seals
* Custom branded products
* Special-order products

Exceptions

Return authorization may only be granted in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of VERON ORGANISATION LLC.

No return shall be accepted without prior written approval.
